At No Limit, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

We accept returns on items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it, with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

How to Return:

    with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and the address to send your item back to.
  • Pack the item securely, ensuring it’s in its original condition with all tags still attached.
  • Ship the item to the provided return address.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue promptly with a full refund or replacement.
